It looks mighty interesting.
Mac OS X seems to not respect case when dealing with filenames, e.g. Feed.php is the same as feed.php in OS X, but not in UNIX, as one might expect, considering the OS is built on top of UNIX.

A disproportionate amount of posts are coming through my dashboard about muxtape. Is that all there is to talk about these days?
The logic and mathematics here are pretty... →
My roommate, Matt, had his final show as a member of Skosh last evening. Sadly, they have disbanded. The show, however, was by all accounts, their opus and finest performance ever. Well done, sir.
Transit alerts →
So that’s how the MTA gives you up-to-the-minute transit info — they fake it! Load up this page and hit refresh a few times, noting the “Posted on” date and time each time you do it.
Horrible! →
I won’t reblog the already very-much-reblogged post about muxtape (awesome service, by the way), however, I’d like to point out this:
Tumblr is a damn good marketing platform.
But the experimentally minded on such expeditions were also tempted to see what...

I’m setting up a new server farm for BricaBox. Our subversion checkout has been running for over fifteen minutes, and it’s still going. Sheesh.

How to Convert RSS / JSON to HTML?
joelaz:
Technical Question… Does anyone know a good tool for converting JSON or RSS output from Yahoo! PIpes into HTML web pages? I want to turn some of my Pipes hacks into simple websites, but I’m not a developer. Ideally, I’d like something that can handle dynamic variables from Pipes. For example, if I create a Pipe that asks for your Tumblr user name and generates a feed of data pertaining...
Arthur C. Clarke, dead at 90 →
Nothing short of visionary, he was decades ahead of his time.
It is with deep regret that I relay to you all the following news: After a fifteen month stint as the (completely unverifiably) funniest improv troupe ever to perform in front of real humans, my roommate’s team du jour, Skosh, has officially been disbanded. They have two more shows, this Thursday (3/20) and next (3/27), and I suggest you all go. They perform here.
We're hiring. Again. →

Not only are LinkedIn “resumé” emails extremely ugly, they obfuscate all of the company names, rendering the email all but totally useless. Delete.
Cool.

As of 2:19 PM on 3/10/2008, this app seems to still be available, even after it had been outed as more-or-less spyware.

Journalism ethics and standards [Wikipedia] →
Although “double standard” is in fact mentioned in this article, it is mentioned in the context of being extremely frowned upon; indeed, it’s a real pity that many journalists still believe a double standard can exist in their reporting without it constituting a gross lack of journalistic integrity.
It’s kind of ironic how a certain group has now twice passed up the opportunity to hear someone speak about a certain company moving away from their product.
I hate email.
