Anyone ever have a toe strap break?
iaminlikewithmybike: One of mine snapped today when I was trying to stop suddenly at an intersection.  Brakeless setup on the fixie + sudden loss of one foot = me sailing into an intersection through a red light and nearly being hit by a car. The strap was barely over a month old!  Can anyone suggest a good set that won’t scare me like this again? Hold Fast — http://www.holdfastordie.com/

Why $2k? →
innonate: You need to sign this — it will take 30 seconds. Did you know that in New York you’re required by law to pay over $2,000 in publishing fees for creating an LLC? LLCs are the ideal structure for many small businesses. However, the old newspaper lobby has kept an archaic law in existence, which requires you to take out an ad in their papers announcing your LLC. In the era of the...

Announcing 0to255
fowkswe: This is very exciting to me. Can’t wait to see it Shaun. shaunchapman: 0to255 is a simple tool to help web designers find shades and tints based on any color. It’s very useful for finding colors for :hover states, backgrounds, gradients, borders, etc. This is such a common task and 0to255 will make it easier for you. It will be free and will be finished very soon. I’ve set up a...

Ted Roden: Introducing Hairball →
I frequently want to make web posts of a very nerdy variety (yes, nerdier than the stuff I post already). However, I know that most of my tumblr friends are probably not that interested in that type of thing. So I’ve decided to put it off in its own silo at ted-is-a-nerd.tumblr.com. It will auto… Nice work Ted!
