I’m touring the land. It’s an adventure and I’m working with the coolest people in the world. I’ve got some incredible return in response to my New York game. So much so, that I’m extending my deal to be national - quite possibly globally. Here’s the revised gameplan:

What’s the deal?

If you have the budget, please do this; this kid is talented!

Who would like to come to the blackboard…

… and tell us a random experience with Germans / Germany or anything German related?

Pasquale D'Silva - Animation & Illustration: The New York Game →

I’m not going to lie. I love New York more than anything. So much so, that my return trip is terminated while I hang out here, working out how to make my stay in this wonderful country permanent.

I’m working with & for startups around New York right now. Right now I am out a fantastic project…

Kyle just put his new baby ‘Forrst’ live today.
I am fortunate enough to be working on the team, and was responsible for the identity design of this new project. I flexed my design roots for the first time in a long time and worked with the extremely talented lead-designer Adam Kopec, directing the identity style.
Hope you love it as much as we do.

It’s Moodboard Monday, and to celebrate the last thirty minutes of this otherwise dreary, rainy April day, I thought I’d share a collection of some of my favorite neon items, inspired by this Feel Bright Light Therapy Visor (thanks Melissa!), and my failed jewelry making attempt to combine the fabulous 80’s and 08’s neon obsessions with sticks and stones and other neanderthal-like objects.
1. Glitter and Twisted Lightning Bolt Earrings: These are cute, and harken the rain gods.
2. Assorted Neon Brights Pom Poms: Available here, I am obsessed with these guys for anything gift-wrapping related. I guess I never got the color appropriate memo when it came to birthdays/baby showers/christmas etc etc…because for the last year or so, everyone gets a blob of neon pom poms in lieu of a bow. Even cooler, is this puff ball sweatshirt by Some Day New Yorker. Because, what says power more than neon pom pom ball shoulder pads?
3. Marc by Marc Jacobs Iconic B+L Bangle in Fluorescent Yellow: I love how MJ’s selected color palette for these involved fluorescent yellow and pink, and two shades of dreary dreary gray. It’s almost like blush and bashful, minus the debutante.
4. Marni Rubber Sandals in Coral: I obsessed over these two years ago, and was completely unfruitful trying to score a pair on ebay. These are the spring 2010 version. (As a sidenote, how is it possible that Forever 21 can produce such an exact knockoff for a few dimes shy of $7?! I don’t get it.) Alas, if someone can find me a Marni coral pair in a size 7, I’ll be yours forever (no pun intended).
5. Sass & Bide Be a Believer Bodysuit: Love.  A little tribal a lotta trouble. Get it here.

Brooke, with another super post.
