For $399, I’ll come brainstorm with your startup (ideally small teams in an early stage) for two hours. My sweet spot is a blend of product and technical ability. If you’re not in NYC, happy to connect over Skype.
Some background on me:
- I’m the founder, lead developer and head of product at Forrst, a community of developers and designers over twenty thousand strong, born out of a side project started less than a year ago
- I’m the former CTO of Cork’d, a social network for wine lovers with over 75k members
- I’ve also worked as an engineer at The Huffington Post, mSnap (later acquired by SmartReply)
- I’m speaking on community building at SuperConf in Februrary
- I’ve been involved in the startup space for the last four years
- I have started numerous projects that have enjoyed healthy traction, including Streak.ly, Facto.me, Placefav, and Like-o-matic (the latter two offline, but forever preserved by Google). Also helped start and sold Done.io and My Social Dog.
- Above all, I have a keen sense of product, a solid eye for design, as well as the technical chops to implement ideas
- I am a mentor for the Tech@NYU program, along with Spencer Fry (Carbonmade) and other talented developers, designers, and entrepreneurs
- I write semi-frequently on various topics around development and entrepreneurship on kylewritescode.com
- I pride myself on being direct, honest and to the point, and able to quickly spot holes in product and offer clever solutions to tech problems.
