  I just noticed for $5 bucks tumblr will promote your blog icon along with 24 others in a 200px box. This is on top of last week’s new revenue scheme of selling pretty blog templates for $9/mo.

  Isn’t Tumblr 2 or 3 years old now? While I don’t know about the icon block in the sidebar (or Cats, for that matter), and hopefully it’s just an April 1st thing (disclaimer: I paid five bones to try it out), premium themes seem like a no-brainer.
